This professional learning session offers teachers hands-on opportunities to explore Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its connections to their subject areas. AI is a rapidly growing field that influences nearly every aspect of our lives, often in ways that go unnoticed. Participants will gain insights into AI's subtle yet pervasive role, the transformative possibilities it brings, and the ethical considerations behind its algorithms. This knowledge will empower educators to use and design engaging, innovative activities that inspire and inform their students about this pivotal technology. The webinar consists of two 90-minute sessions (see dates below). The Digital Technologies Institute delivers this professional training on behalf of the Australian Computer Society.
